PoC

What is PoC?

A PoC (Proof of Concept) is a limited pilot installation carried out to prove that a technical solution or integration concept actually works in the intended environment before committing to full-scale deployment.

A limited pilot installation carried out to prove that a technical solution or integration concept actually works in the intended environment.

Why it matters: Too many digitalisation projects skip the PoC phase and go straight to full deployment – only to discover fundamental problems that would have been cheap to fix in a pilot. A PoC de-risks major investments.

HubMind’s view: We use PoC as a deliberate tool to validate technical choices before committing to full implementation. A good PoC answers the right questions quickly and at minimal cost.
